Home Detention

Adult Home Detention

This program provides intensive supervision and services for individuals with pre or post sentence felony or misdemeanor offense. The program participant resides in their home and is released to attend work, mental health counseling, substance abuse treatment and educational programs based upon the individualized case plan.

Juvenile Home Detention

​

This program provides intensive supervision for juveniles who are adjudicated as delinquents or pending further hearings before Juvenile Court. Juveniles reside with their parent and/or guardian and are allowed to attend school, work, counseling and other activities as deemed necessary by the probation officer or Juvenile Court.
